Just out of interest how do other schools manage / use their common rooms ?
We currently use a generic study room for senior students (S5/6) and the S6 have a common / social room.
The poor souls in Kelso have an area of the canteen which they can use out of break and lunch hours and various ad-hoc arrangements with some departments around the school. Not a satisfactory arrangement.
