I know we all probably use several different programming languages, but does anyone have any suggestions/lists of good programming activities/ideas to beef up what I am delivering next year?

Hi Colin,

Your books are great, I have been developing and uploaded SDD theory notes with questions/many small programming tasks built in and spaces for answers to be typed, trying to emphasise more computational thinking.

Most of the small program tasks are for Python with a few done in Scratch 2.0 to cover work for N4 pupils. Also some similar ppt tasks.

There will be too many tasks by the time I start properly planning my course but I do feel we need a lot of programs to work with for various types of tasks.

Cheers, feel free to use/change them – in fact, if anyone wants to word document file uploaded let me know. it would be good if everyone chipped in on their area of expertise or has a better explanation of something.

I’m just looking through your stuff just now to steal your ideas, we were talking about which programming language to move onto – i think VB is off the menu here shortly.
