Just looking at outcome 2 – “Contact a local travel agent and ask them for details of their IT system”, I’m thinking this might be a little hard to do as it’s unlikely that travel agents will either know (without passing a student onto the IT department) or want to tell a student this information.
I was thinking of reworking this part for another organisation where the information might be more readily available such as google or facebook (not sure if it would actually be easier to get this info!) and just wondering what other folks have done/are doing for this?
