Surprised I’m saying this but the pages on QI 3.3 are worth a good read from How Good Is Our School 4. Lots of talk of Computational Thinking, Digital Skills and Digital Innovation requirements – let’s hope HMIe really chase up this one with the authorities and schools who have been cutting Computing.

It definitely helps to raise the profile of the area. HMIe and secondary heads use this document as the foundation for self evaluation and inspection so to have these things being explicitly mentioned is a real boost for us.
