Hi all, I’ve been trying to prepare resources for ‘Understanding the world through computational thinking’. There are three bullet points.
The first seems clear, I’m thinking perhaps a research task looking at Hermes delivery system?
I think that the second is on the use of the human decision making model:
• Define the problem
• Identify objectives
• Gather information
• Analyse information
• Devise alternatives
• Select best alternative
• Communicate
• Implement
• Evaluate
The third looking at an algorithm to solve human problem – steps to make a cup of tea etc, compare this to algorithm to make program. However, should I look at looking at two and three together or as different methods?
I just want to make sure I’m heading in correct direction.
Also, should we cover all three?
